Vidonas LLC (“Vidonas,” “we,” “us”) operates vidonas.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it. We collect only what we need and do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the message you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Cookies. This site sets minimal functional cookies required for the contact form to operate (spam prevention and session handling). We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future this policy will be updated.

Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard server log data including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. This data is used for security and performance monitoring and is not linked to personal identity.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide through the contact form to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to manage the engagement. We do not add contact form submissions to any marketing list without your explicit consent.

Third-party services

Postmark (ActiveCampaign). Contact form submissions are delivered to us via Postmark, a transactional email service. Postmark processes message content and associated metadata in order to deliver the email. Postmark’s privacy policy is available at postmarkapp.com/privacy-policy.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our systems for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@vidonas.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take the protection of your data seriously.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change or as required by law. Material changes will be reflected in a revised effective date at the top of this page.
